Dear Friends,

I am very happy to meet you through this web page to demonstrate the enthusiasm with which I, and the whole administration of Gressan, is preparing to you receive in our part of the world between 19^th and 22^nd June, next. We have reserved for you an area properly equipped for events such as yours. Buried in greenery and surrounded by our majestic mountains, you will pass four days of peace and relaxation, whilst discovering tourist routes and gastronomy that will please you and leave a lasting and precious memory of our land.

It is exactly 10 years since the treffen in Aosta, your spectacular motorcycles return to let us hear their sounds in our roads and the echo from the Alps filling the whole valley.

I take advantage of writing these few lines to officially invite the twenty two European Nations that comprise GWEF to participate in the Italian International Treffen. It is certain that this event will allow the possibility to all that weren’t present in 1998 to visit a corner of the Aosta Valley that is most evocative.

I am honoured to make this appointment with you all and leave you in the capable hands of the organisers, amongst whom I wish to acknowledge Mario Masiero and Salvatore Cairo, who are both citizens of Gressan. The organisers are putting together all the final detailed arrangements to create an unforgettable stay amongst us.

In conclusion, I would like to say that in my official role, as Mayor, I have guaranteed all the institutional support and assistance possible. Awaiting the opportunity to welcome you in our valley, may I offer you my cordial best wishes, united with those of all the administration I represent.
